Article 2 – Definitions
Artifunk: Saltoo Ltd. operating under name Orteig .
Customer: a natural or legal person who purchases products or services from Orteig.
Contract: the sales contract or other agreement concluded between Orteig and the customer.
Products: Any physical goods, digital content or services offered by Orteig.
Right of withdrawal: the right of the Customer to terminate the sales contract within the period prescribed by law.

Article 3 – Application
- These terms and conditions apply to all offers, proposals and agreements between Orteig and the customer.
- By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
- Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.
- If any provision proves invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
Article 4 – Offers and Prices

Article 6 – Law withdrawal From contracts

Article 7 – Customer obligations during the withdrawal period

Article 9 – Warranty and Compliance
- Orteig guarantees that the delivered products comply with the contract and are suitable for normal use.
- All purchases are subject to the statutory warranty in accordance with Article 7:17 of the Dutch Civil Code, according to which the consumer has the right to a product in good condition.
The statutory warranty is at least 2 years or longer if the nature of the product so requires.

Article 10 – Repairs and defects

Article 11 – Delivery

Article 12 – Payment
- Payment is made in the manner indicated on the website.

Article 13 – Procedure folding complaints

- Complaints must be submitted to Orteig at info@orteig.eu within a reasonable time of receipt, with a full and clear description.
- Orteig will respond within 14 days of receiving your complaint. If it takes longer to resolve your complaint, we will notify you within this timeframe.
- If the dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, the customer may contact the Office for Consumers and Markets (ACM) or use the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .
Article 14 – Law proper
- All agreements between Orteig and the client are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
- Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Rotterdam.
